Overview
Overview: This webinar considers how low mood and low self-esteem develop in children and young people and factors which may keep these going. We will explore what low mood and low self-esteem look like and how to recognise these presentations in children and young people. We will explore how the interventions we can offer may support children and young people to understand and manage symptoms of low mood and low self-esteem. This workshop is delivered in a parent-friendly, non-technical way, with no prior knowledge needed.
