How can we help you?

Tees Valley Getting Help

Tees Valley Getting Help Service

Compliments and Complaints

We want everyone who uses our Getting Help Together Service to feel listened to, respected and supported. This service is delivered through a partnership of organisations, and we are committed to working together to provide safe, high-quality care.

We welcome your feedback, whether it is a compliment about what has gone well or a concern about something you are unhappy with. Compliments help us understand what we are doing well, and complaints help us learn and improve our services.

If something is not right, you have the right to raise a concern or make a complaint. Doing so will not affect the care or support you receive. We will take all feedback seriously, respond in a timely way, and aim to be open, fair and honest in how we handle it.

Children, young people, parents, carers and professionals can all share feedback. Support is available if you need help to raise a concern, and information can be provided in accessible formats where needed.

Your voice matters, and your feedback helps us improve services for children and young people now and in the future
